Introduction

Hi, my name is Kaye Dixon, I live in a rural setting about 16kms south of Matamata (on State Highway 28), New Zealand.

In 2001, I purchased my first persian Leo and after 3 years of showing him, I decided to become a registered breeder with NZ Cat Fancy. In December 2004, I applied for my prefix “KASABROOK” and in January 2005, it was approved – and so my adventure into breeding cats began.

I initially started breeding the lovely Persians and Exotics, but decided after 10 years, my love of the Maine Coon needed further exploring, so I retired my Persian breeding cats and purchased my first breeding Maine Coons in 2016.
